I had an amazing experience here. My back panel was damaged and the piece was on back order, but the manufacturer kept pushing the date further and further back. The team at Lang?s consistently called and updated us on the status of my car as well as communicating with the manufacturer to try and get me some sort of compensation as it ultimately took around 5 months to even get the part in. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even helping me get a parking permit off of my damaged car. I can?t recommend the team at Lang?s enough.
